This is an all sales final industry. With that in mind, we want you, the customer, to be satisfied with your purchase of our fine products so please make sure you love what you're buying!
In the rare occasion that a defective product is sold, we will exchange the defective item for the exact same item within 48 hours of the customer receiving the item. A return label will be sent to your email and FizzSkinCare.com will cover the cost of shipping. Only new, unused items can be received for this exchange. If the item is not in stock at the moment, we will ship out the item as soon as it becomes available. For returns, store credit will be given minus a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping charges that may have occurred. Only new, unused items can be received for store credit. This is open to change in the future.
