2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons hot cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Dash of salt
whipped cream, optional
In a small pot or pan warm the milk.
Add hot cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Combine well.
Once the mixture is hot remove from the heat and pour into a mug.
Top each mug of hot chocolate with whipped cream or marshmallows and serve.
