This is a great recipe to make the night before, to grab and go if you have a busy morning ahead of you for a quick on the go breakfast.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
6 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey, extra for topping
raspberries, for topping
In a large bowl or mason jar mix together chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla. Blend well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Mix well and top with berries and honey.
