Chia Pudding Recipe

This is a great recipe to make the night before, to grab and go if you have a busy morning ahead of you for a quick on the go breakfast.  

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serves 2


  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon honey, extra for topping

  • raspberries, for topping


  1. In a large bowl or mason jar mix together chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla. Blend well.

  2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  3. Mix well and top with berries and honey.
