This garlic bread is a perfect pairing for your soup and salad at lunch or with your dinner time pasta dish.

4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup butter, melted
1 loaf crusty bread, split
Chopped fresh parsley
Set your oven to broil.
Combine garlic and butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Toast split bread under the broiler for 5 minutes
Brush bread liberally with the garlic oil and sprinkle with parsley.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake at 400F/204C for 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and unwrap the aluminum foil carefully.
Slice the bread into 8 slices and serve immediately.
